Throughout the process Caoimhe was a complete star. She was so helpful, nudging things along with a mature patience and perseverance. We never got the feeling that our calls were unwanted, even though we made many. Every time Caoimhe was there to move things closer to over the line. It took a while, yes quite a while, which is why patience was needed. Top marks for her professionalism and also for personality. She was funny and good humoured and never a grump. Can't thank Caoimhe enough. She went above and beyond for us, between Caoimhe and our solicitor I think they are glad the sale is closed and we're out of their hair!! Never an issue with Caoimhe always followed up with us kept us informed as the sale progresses. It was a long hard road with a few bumps on the road but Caoimhe smoothed them over. Delighted the sale is closed but will miss the catch up with Caoimhe. 110% recommend CCM.
